How long does shipping take within India and internationally?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. For international shipping to countries like the USA, UK, and Australia, it usually takes 7-10 business days depending on customs clearance.
How do you ensure the freshness of the food during transit?
We use high-grade, leak-proof vacuum packaging and multi-layer corrugated boxes to maintain freshness and prevent any damage or leakage during the shipping process.
What is the shelf life of your pickles and powders?
Our pickles generally have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months, while spice powders and snacks are best consumed within 3 to 6 months. We recommend using a dry spoon and storing them in a cool, dry place.
Do you offer a return or refund policy?
Since we deal in perishable food items, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for a full replacement or refund.
